This ring features a creamy white 7mm pearl and a 2.5 mm diamond, set in 14k yellow gold. It's a size 6.25 with a band width of about 1.4 mm at the back and 12.8 mm at the front, marked 14kP (for plumb gold) inside with a maker's initials.
